The indispensable item for your honey. This wooden honey spoon from Nicolas Vahé has a large surface to make sure the honey doesn't slide off, like it would with a regular spoon. Simply rotate the stick horizontically to keep the honey in place. To drizzle it over your dessert, turn it vertically and watch the golden drops drip. You avoid getting one big blob of honey stuck in your ice cream which makes it pretty difficult to distribute evenly. Nobody wants that. Here you get a slow and steady stream of honey to sweeten your food.
